Privacy
A formal privacy policy is being prepared for review against the Australian Privacy Principles. The commitments below reflect how the platform is actually built.
- We collect what the service needs: name, address, email, phone, the details of the trading cards you send, declared values, photos and transactions. If you join the waitlist before that, the rough location you give us and whether membership interests you. Nothing more.
- Photos of your cards are operational evidence. They are never used in marketing without your consent.
- Your card values and holdings are never exposed to other customers. Batch pages never show other customers, their cards or aggregate batch value.
- Access is role-limited: operations, inspector, finance and founder roles see only what their work requires.
- Photographs have no public address. Every request for one is checked against the account it belongs to before a byte is sent.
- Privileged actions (status overrides, pricing edits, payment edits) are audit-logged.
- If a data breach occurs: contain, assess, rotate credentials, preserve logs, and notify as required by law.
Asking for your information
Your name, sign-in address and postal addresses are yours to change whenever you like, in your profile and your addresses.
